ACCOUNT CREATION
After creating your account, you will be solely responsible for your account password, if any unauthorized activity occurs within your account, then it is your sole responsibility, Stail Seratus Clothing has the right to investigate, delete or retain your information. Our policy on the age of the user states that a child under the age of 18 must use the website under authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
SITE USAGE
Prohibited Actions: Violations of Malaysian / International Law as well as third party rights or policies that we have specified. Manipulation of other user accounts, lists of product and or transactions. Misleading, inaccurate, misdirected or fraudulent posts. Perform SPAM actions in any form. Upload any form of technology (viruses, malware, etc.) that may disrupt the functionality of the Site or interfere in the property interests of our users. Copy or alter any Website content that includes; copyright, logo, trademark. Use information from users without their consent.
BILLING INVOICE
When receiving an invoice, you should carefully read the details (listing cost (product), transaction fee, etc.) For consumers, please carefully read the details (price, shipping cost, etc.). There will also be Terms & Condition before purchasing any items from our website. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to products submitted by 3PL. Nor will we be liable if the buyer / seller enters the incorrect information which will cause a mistake in the transaction. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to withhold payment until the buyer has received the goods as well as we have the right to verify if the buyer allows to use certain payment methods. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction if there is no confirmation from the buyer / seller. For sellers, we will collect all details of information to the Bank provided. If any detail information is provided incorrectly, we have the right to investigate any fraudulent actions, and to impose fines if necessary.
DELIVERY/PAYMENT METHODS
The buyer has the option to pick up items that have been purchased from Stail Seratus Clothing location or choose the Courier Service option recommended by Stail Seratus Clothing: Stail Seratus Clothing will only recommend courier services. Stail Seratus Clothing will not be responsible for any issues (loss / destruction / delays) of the Product. Any dispute over the loss / damage / delay of delivery of the goods will be settled between the Buyer and the courier service provider.
RETURN OF GOODS AND MONEY
Stail Seratus Clothing is solely responsible for complying with any warranty promised at the time of Registration. We will make sure the Products sold are free of defects and will pay for any replacement Product including shipping charges if the Product has any defects.
DISPUTE
Any dispute between Buyer and Stail Seratus Clothing will be resolved in a familial way. If the dispute can not be resolved between the two parties, the applicable legal process shall take place.
